These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Luna’s World (the "App"), a mobile application designed, developed, and operated by L Squared Est. ("LSquared," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") وصولك إلى واستخدامك لتطبيق "عالم لونا" ("التطبيق")، وهو تطبيق تصممه وتطوّره وتشغّله شركة لام تربيع ("LSquared" أو "نحن"). بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك للتطبيق بأي شكل، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Luna's World account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لإنشاء حساب في عالم لونا. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد في بلدك، فإنك تؤكد أن أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر قد اطّلع على هذه الشروط ووافق عليها نيابة عنك.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account, and for keeping your password confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.أنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات التي تقدّمها عند إنشاء حسابك، وعن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. كما أنك مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث ضمن حسابك.
Luna's World lets you post adoption listings and missing cat reports, including photos and contact information. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you post, and for arranging any adoption or reunion safely and directly with the other party — LSquared is not involved in, and is not responsible for, the outcome of any adoption or handover arranged through the App.يتيح لك عالم لونا نشر إعلانات تبني وبلاغات عن قطط مفقودة، متضمنة صورًا وبيانات تواصل. أنت مسؤول عن دقة ما تنشره، وعن ترتيب أي عملية تبني أو لمّ شمل بأمان وبشكل مباشر مع الطرف الآخر — لا تشارك LSquared في نتيجة أي عملية تبني أو تسليم تتم عبر التطبيق، ولا تتحمل مسؤوليتها.
You keep ownership of the photos, posts, and other content you add to Luna’s World ("User Content"). By posting, you grant LSquared a limited license to store, process, and display that content within the App.تحتفظ بملكية الصور والمنشورات وأي محتوى آخر تضيفه إلى عالم لونا ("محتوى المستخدم"). عند النشر، فإنك تمنح LSquared ترخيصًا محدودًا لتخزين هذا المحتوى ومعالجته وعرضه داخل التطبيق.
You agree not to post content that is false, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights, and not to use listings or reports for any purpose other than genuine adoption, reunion, or community discussion.توافق على عدم نشر محتوى كاذب أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين، وعلى عدم استخدام الإعلانات أو البلاغات لأي غرض غير التبني الحقيقي أو لمّ الشمل أو النقاش المجتمعي.
The breed detector analyzes photos on your device to guess a cat's breed. It's provided for fun and general information only — it is not a substitute for veterinary or professional advice, and results are not guaranteed to be accurate.يحلّل كاشف الفصيلة الصور على جهازك لتخمين فصيلة القطة. هذه الميزة مخصّصة للترفيه والمعلومات العامة فقط — وهي ليست بديلاً عن استشارة بيطرية أو مهنية، ولا نضمن دقة نتائجها.
The Luna's World name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by LSquared. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.اسم عالم لونا وشعاره وتصميمه والبرمجيات التي يقوم عليها مملوكة لـ LSquared. لا شيء في هذه الشروط ينقل أيًا من هذه الملكية إليك.
Luna's World uses Google's Firebase platform (authentication, database, file storage, and basic analytics) to operate. Your use of the App is also subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.يستخدم عالم لونا منصة Firebase من Google (المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات، تخزين الملفات، وتحليلات أساسية) لتشغيل خدماته. يخضع استخدامك للتطبيق أيضًا للممارسات الموضحة في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
Luna’s World is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the App running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.يُقدَّم عالم لونا "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح". نبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبقاء التطبيق يعمل بسلاسة، لكننا لا نضمن عدم انقطاعه أو خلوّه من الأخطاء.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSquared will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Luna's World, including disputes arising from adoption or missing-cat arrangements made between users.إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تتحمل LSquared المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك لعالم لونا، بما في ذلك أي نزاعات ناتجة عن ترتيبات التبني أو القطط المفقودة بين المستخدمين.
You may stop using Luna's World and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام عالم لونا وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the "Last updated" date above.قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. إذا أجرينا تغييرات جوهرية، سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. تختص المحاكم السعودية المختصة دون غيرها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط.
